Refund policy
By purchasing our products, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our Return and Refund Policy.
- We DO NOT accept refunds or returns for personalised items. We only accept refunds unless you can provide evidence that the items were damaged before they were shipped. Refunds will be at our discretion if evidence can be provided that the items were damaged by third party couriers.
- We have a 14-day return and refund policy, which means if you are eligible for a refund or a return, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a return. Requests must be sent to sunshineandsunnah@gmail.com.
- To be eligible for a refund or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept the refund or return if this is not the case, and the item will be rejected as a refund or a return.
- You cannot cancel your order of personalised items and request a refund or a return if 24 hours have been passed since you placed the order, or if we have begun the process of creating your order (whichever comes first).
- Variations in wood knots and variations in grain direction on your product do not constitute as a fault or damage as the nature of the wood we use means every product is different.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, and provide you with a refund.
- We will not issue a refund of shipping costs if you have received your order and are returning it to us for a reason that is no fault of Sunshine and Sunnah.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if non-personalised merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via email.
